The only negative about the facility (kinda a big one though)was the thin walls. We could literally hear room above us using the toilet, let alone flushing. Room was clean, staff was excellent and breakfast and welcome event food was great.

The hotel and staff were great! The breakfast wasn't worth paying extra for. I've had way better breakfast that wasn't and extra cost. The hotel was clean, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

First thing I smelled walking into the room was a pleasant smell of cleaning products. Rooms are in good condition with a microwave and mini fridge. Breakfast was available w/ the standard hot breakfast bar and waffle iron. The tables at the breakfast area are dated and worn. This space lacks outlets to charge your laptop or phone. We did finally find one outlet against the outside wall. My granddaughter enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Staff appeared professional, friendly and helpful during the day. The sign on the highway is dismal and I wasn’t sure which building/door to use. At midnight, that’s not great. Doors were locked, staff was on phone so I didn’t want to call her as it says to do. I lightly tried to tap the glass door and get her attention so she was aware of our arrival. She immediately responded with a curt, disgusted look and held her finger up. Totally unnecessary. She pointed us in one direction and said she thinks our room was that way. It wasn’t. We had to go back and go the other way. Then we called down to get the wifi password as the internet site directs. She tried to tell us she didn’t know it until I clearly stated the site directs you to inquire with resort services. She finally found it. This along w/her very unprofessional appearance (her shirt had numerous marks and stains on it) did not make for a good impression. All others we encountered were not like this. She did say it was only her 3rd day at this property but it’s politeness she lacks.

They said they were not aware we had a dog. Booked through Expedia and wasn't provided the option to advise we were bringing a pet. That said, after making the reservation I called the hotel to advise .

The website needs to be updated with a lot as I relied on it for information. Be sure to call to make sure on anything. The kickback info was wrong, the ownership/website use was confusing, they don't have their alcohol license, the pool was crazy busy... Overall okay just chose here because of kickbacks and perks and was let down by being misinformed.

On the itinerary it says 50$ deposit, I was charged 100$ deposit even after I notified them that was not what was mentioned in my booking. May want to update on your site.

The incidentals deposit is returned to the guest when room is not damaged. I also made sure it was changed from 50 to 100 moving forward.

1. Made the booking through Expedia. Asked the hotel reception whether breakfast is included, they replied "we don't know as you made the booking through a third party." 2. Hotel reception charged USD 100.00 as the security deposit fee. However, during booking, on Expedia website it showed "the hotel will charge USD 50.00 up on arrival as the security deposit." When I asked the hotel that it should be 50.00 but not 100.00, they replied "it is $100.00, it doesn't look like Expedia has the updated details." 3. Breakfast is served from 0630-0930, and I went for breakfast at 0900, but I see there wasn't enough food left and no one replenished the food. It looked like left overs and I had to scrape scrambled eggs to fill a small bowl. Also, the milk pitcher didn't have enough milk, and I had to remind the staff to refill the pitcher. 4. No room service.

The room was great, had no problem at all with the room or the service. Did not care for the water all over the floor outside the pool area. It's right in front of the elevators, where you're walking thru with your hands full and dodging safety markers while trying not to slip. The other complaint was the fresh food in the breakfast. It's beyond me how anyone could serve food that over processed and cheap. For such an otherwise nice hotel, they could do a little better with the breakfast

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The hot tub & pool area were good. They offered an evening meal and breakfast. We were happy with this as it was convenient in addition to being tasty. Would recommend this hotel to others.

The outside needs to be updated along with the sign. The outside looks like a brown office building. But the inside is so nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. Definitely would stay again!

Horrible Rude housekeeping manager
Mixed feelings about hotel. First of all check in process was good. They had the exact room type I reserved. The pool was good but hot tub jets didn't work. We called to see if they could fix it and they got them working for a little bit but they quit working shortly after again. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. The evening social hour was nice. Very good drinks. The breakfast was horrible. I'm very familiar with hotel free breakfast and other drurys are usually great. The eggs were very runny and soggy. The biscuits were hard as Rock. The sausage had a very funky taste as well... probably wasn't real sausage. The most disturbing thing was on the day of checkout I'm sitting in my bed relaxing in my an hour and half before I had to checkout and the housekeeping manager lady came barging into my room without even knocking. I was only wearing my T-shirt and underwear and quickly had to get dressed. She then says, oh someone still has stuff in here and walks back out of the room. I then go out of the room and asked her what was going on. She then laughed and said oops most people are out by now I'm just checking all the departures. I said last I checked I still have an hour and half and she said yup no problem. I said well don't you normally knock before barging in and she said it's normally fine as most leave by now... This really upset me and if that's how a manger is leading and training her team I prefer never to come back.
