"I paid for Superior Apartment and was checked into a standard apartment which was very discouraging till I managed to realized I was in the wrong apartment, then I screamed at the management. That was very heart breaking after paying so much. "

"Unfortunately, a bad experience. Our hotel room was in an unacceptable condition. Various issues including the closet doors, poor AC, drawers coming off, etc, etc. I was told that the hotel was going through remodeling. They offered a refund which they never did after two months of following up with them. Enough said. : ("

"Klar, das Hotel ist schon etwas älter, aber gut in Schuss. Die Lage direkt im Zentrum ist super. Schön ist auch das kostenfreie Parken mit Service! Tolles Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Das Personal ist selbst für die eh schon hohen südafrikanischen Verhältnisse extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hier schreibt man Service noch groß. Bin mal gespannt wie sich die Renovierungsarbeiten jetzt ab April bemerkbar machen. Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren und werden auch wieder dieses Hotel...

"We absolutely loved this property. The hotel itself is wonderful, we loved our spacious room and the staff was incredible, always ready to help and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The property is in a very popular area, lots of night life, if you are early to bed, we recommend requesting a room away from the front of the hotel, which can be noisy. Great breakfast offered in a three different restaurants very close, plus an amazing amount of good restaurants in general. We highly...
