Kenny was very friendly, accommodating and helpful in so many ways. Room was also very decent for the price. In a good central spot of the city making easy to commute.

I really enjoyed the stay and hospitality of staff as everyone was attentive and helpful. The breakfast was great as well. I look forward to another stay in the future.

A nice hotel. Don't be fooled by the name - it is not on the waterfront, but about a mile from it. However the hotel runs a free shuttle bus on the hour, and back on the half hour to the star of CapeTown, the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront Harbour and main shopping centre. The breakfast is really good - spoilt for choice. Plenty of staff to bring you coffee and clear plates and tables etc. The staff are all so friendly too. Our room on the 14th floor had a magnificent view of the harbour area. The room was cleaned every day and the tea/coffee/milk replenished every day. Hotel bar prices are incredibly low compared to the UK, so a nice surprise. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit to Cape Town, and the hotel was a cosy comfort from the unseasonably bad weather we experienced during the week.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The l property was very pretty. The food was excellent including cake in the afternoon.

Lovely stay. The view of the mountain is impressive. Spacious and clean. Security is top notch. I felt very safe here. Thank you.
