"I stayed for 2 nights , the staffs were helpful & nice . The room was larege enough , however the bathroom is very small & old styled , especially the shower area , it’s just so small & the two sliding doors of the shower area were too old so that difficult to close properly , maybe our room was not located in the new building of the hotel ?! Maybe the room located in new building of the hotel would be much better & more modern …….. The hand washing liquid machine is not in good condition,...

"A convenient location for the cable cars. Probably a fun, buzzing hotel during the season but off-season it was quiet and Verbier was dead with most places closed. The summer season is concentrated in July and August only."

"Pros: I liked having air conditioning (silent) and a cool floor, as it was very hot outside. It’s central located. Room had a lot of space. Cons: Although not on a busy street, I was sleeping on the first floor and was annoyed by people yelling on the street at night. Also, the bathroom was not smelling so good, so had to keep the door closed."

"Really nice place to stay! Large space to relax and a balcony as well to enjoy views of the mountains. On the outer edge of Zermatt, but worth it being in Zermatt and an easy 10 minute walk at most with/without luggage from the train station. The reception was very kind. It is a bit confusing at first trying to check in since it's not clearly stated that you should try to check-in at their partner hotel - Hotel Alpen Resort & Spa - which is down the street. The kitchen has lots of supplies...
