"Very clean. We just stayed overnight. The bed mattress in room 416 squeaked upon sitting on side and getting up which was annoying. Overall a descent room for the price. The food was nice, the normal free breakfast menu. "

"Booked for one night. Clean room, good AC, nice bathroom/shower, friendly staff, and good breakfast! If traveling to Knoxville, I would stay again! Only about 8 minutes from the Civic Center. "

"Because of construction, had to carry my huge suitcase up a flight of stairs to the lobby. Very inconvenient. Not easy to do either. I also had to add a day and my rate was more. I had a death in the family and had to push my visit two days, I felt they should have honored the rate I had under the circumstances. Pretty hotel and the restaurant waitress was wonderful! "
