    The ideal family getaway awaits at this gorgeous lakefront property, with peaceful lake and mountain views. The home's seasonal private covered dock is located on a cove off the main channel of Norris Lake. At night, fire up the gas grill, then gather round the firepit for evening stargazing. You'll love the screened porch and alfresco dining deck!



    The inviting interior is perfect for socializing and quiet time alike. The primary suite is on the entry level, with the other bedrooms downstairs. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, equipped with everything you need for home-cooked meals. Chill favorite bottles in the wine cooler while dinner simmers. After fun-filled days on the lake, cozy up by the gas fireplace!

    As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies.

It was honestly one of the smoothest experiences I've had with a BNB, and the property was even cooler in person than advertised on the site. I also really appreciated how easy the check out process was. A lot of property rentals will charge astronomical cleaning fees and still ask that you do a majority of the cleaning before leaving, and all they wanted us to do was the bare essentials (run the dishwasher, and leave towels on the bathroom floor.)It simplified our trip, and we'd love to book this property again in the future.P.S. that swimming hole was AWESOME!

We arrived expecting the lakefront experience clearly advertised for this property. Upon going into the backyard, we immediately noticed there was no dock, despite the listing stating that one was included. When we contacted management, we were informed the dock is “seasonal,” which was unexpected during the peak week of July 4th.Because of the lack of a dock, we had nowhere to store the boat we rented. We were required to return it to the marina every day and drive approximately 20 minutes each way for pickup and drop-off. This added over an hour of unnecessary driving each day and significantly disrupted our plans on the lake.The listing also stated access to Sugar Hollow Marina, which was not provided during our stay.Inside the home, we also experienced issues. There was no hot water the first night, and the following day only a small number of guests were able to shower before the hot water ran out. For a home advertised to sleep 12 guests, it did not meet expectations for accommodating our group.Overall, we were very disappointed, as several key features and expectations based on the listing were not met during our stay.
