Although the hotel was a little hard to find when we arrived I knew we would love our time there - and we certainly did! The room was fabulous and very spacious. The furnishings were all of high standard, there was plenty of storage space, the bathroom was lovely and it had a little balcony overlooking the surrounding area with a bit of a sea view as well. Spectacular in many ways, but not without a few disappointments. The Museum Hotel is undeniably beautiful — the views over Cappadocia are absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise when the hot air balloons fill the sky. The service overall was fantastic, and I really appreciated the thoughtful gestures throughout my stay — from the complimentary bottle of wine and desserts to the chocolates left in my room. The host were amazing super polite and very friendly and the Turkish breakfast was the best we had on our trip

Food, facilities and staff all amazing!

The hotel has its own well-equipped beach, a very green area where anyone can find a quiet place to chill or enjoy the daily evening show. Our sea view room was also facing mountains to enjoy sunsets. Friendly stuff. Very good quality and great variety of food and as well as a good selection of drinks. Made me feel special by organising a small present for an occasion.

Great hotel, great location, great amenities Only issue was the ritz Carlton driver on the way to the airport tried overcharging by an extra 500 lira even though it was a fixed fair. He backed down after some argument but not a nice look on the ritz Carlton to allow this type of behaviour

Friendly and knowledgeable host who gave great tips to get the most out of Cappadocia. Also provided best kitchen in the area at very reasonable prices.

The best view I have ever seen from a hotel owing to it's unsurpassed location. Spacious rooms with solid block walls and furniture that makes it both solid and chunky and airy at the same time. Excellent. Very good staff too and a nice breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel – everything from the service, cleanliness, location, and overall atmosphere was truly excellent. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the rooms were very comfortable and well-maintained. It really exceeded my expectations in many ways and I would be happy to return. The only point I feel could be improved is the breakfast. For such a high-quality hotel, the breakfast offering was quite limited, even compared to what you would expect in a 3-star...
