The hotel appears significantly outdated and poorly maintained. The rooms, corridors, and furnishings are visibly worn and in need of serious renovation. It does not offer value for the price charged. However, there are two standout elements that keep the hotel from collapsing under its own shortcomings: First, the outstanding efforts of Ms. Şerife and the Guest Relations team, whose commitment to guest satisfaction is truly commendable. Second, Tony’s captivating performances, which add a vibrant and memorable touch to the experience. I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Şerife for her exceptional attention, kindness, and tireless dedication to ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.

Bad vibes

We stay at the hotel last year and it was ok, only couples and not groups of men as that was not allowed, this year there was lots of groups of single men and the atmosphere was totally different it felt sleezy and creepy, also trying to get a drink takes ages as the bars are massive and they only have a few staff around, the entertainment is the same everynight, just different outfits and the music is the same just banging house music, they need to stop groups of men booking and rethink different types of entertainment.

Die Qualität vom Essen war nicht dem Hotel gerecht. Das Essen hat sehr nach Fett gerochen. Der Chef von der Lobby war unfreundlich, bezüglich einer Frage unsererseits. Die Zimmer wurden unzureichend gereinigt, hauptsächlich die Böden wurden überhaupt nicht geputzt. Zusätzlich hatten wir eine Medicalmassage in Anspruch genommen, die ihr Geld überhaupt nicht gerecht war. In der Discothek wurde immer die gleich Art von Musik, bzw. Es wurden die gleich Songs vom Vorabend gespielt, deswegen hatten wir nach dem 4. Tag keine Lust mehr auf die Disco, bzw. es wurde langweilig.

Das Adam & Eve Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen in vielerlei Hinsicht übertroffen. Die moderne Architektur und das außergewöhnliche Design schaffen eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre, die man so nicht oft findet. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, sehr sauber und bieten dank der Ausstattung höchsten Komfort. Auch das kulinarische Angebot war ein echtes Highlight: eine große Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars, abwechslungsreiches Essen von sehr hoher Qualität und stets frisch zubereitet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Service. Das gesamte Personal war freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit – sei es am Pool, im Restaurant oder an der Rezeption. Auch die Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen der Anlage war tadellos, sodass wir uns jederzeit wohlgefühlt haben. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt betrifft die Geschäfte im Hotel: Während Kleinigkeiten wie Snacks oder kleine Souvenirs preislich in Ordnung sind, sind Produkte des täglichen Bedarfs, wie zum Beispiel Sonnenmilch, leider deutlich überteuert. Hier lohnt es sich, solche Dinge besser außerhalb zu besorgen. Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in einem Hotel, das sowohl durch Stil als auch durch Service überzeugt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Adam & Eve Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen!

Ich habe 9 Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht. Leider gibt es keinen einzigen Punkt, an dem ich sagen könnte, dass dieses Hotel seine 5 Sterne verdient. Zudem kam es zu einer Auseinandersetzung, bei der ich als Schlichter dazwischengegangen bin. Einer der Beteiligten zog dabei ein Messer und hätte mich beinahe verletzt. Daher ist die Sicherheit in diesem Hotel äußerst fragwürdig.

Ich liebe dieses Hotel, bin zum zweiten Mal da und ich es hat sich angefühlt wie nachhause kommen ☺️ in diesem Hotel ist nie langweilig.. wer Party mag wird es lieben. Wer es ruhiger mag, wird evt etwas müde sein nach einigen Tagen. Aber unvergesslich wird es auf jeden Fall 🫣

Пошарпанный пластмассовый отель для Барби с Кенами, по уровню сервиса сопоставимый с пансионатом "Шахтер". Предназначен для неприхотливой молодежи с хорошим достатком. По пунктам: Номерной фонд 3 балла, уборка номеров 3 балла, кухня 5 баллов (повара просто умнички), пляж 3 балла, анимация 3 балла (девушки из анимации 5 баллов), интернет 3 балла, общее впечатление максимум 3 балла. Честно сказать, даже не понятно откуда они звезд стока набрали. Вывод, одноразовый отель, без перспективы вернуться!

I called Expedia and canceled the reservation and Expedia didn’t accept it and charged me for the room, when I explicitly told them that the reason I couldn’t stay there was because the hotel refused to allow me to stay there because me and my partner were gay. This is the last money that Expedia will get from me

المفروض يكون اسمه للمراهقين فقط!! لايستحق خمس نجوم...النظافة سيئة للغاية في كل شي الغرف الفوط والممرات الديكور سيئ للغاية الحمامات كأنه حمامات العمومية البلاستية المؤقته الاكل سيئ جدا ومكرر ولا يوجد به اي مطعم غير المطعم الخاص بالبوفية المفتوح...لا يصلح للاستجمام ولا للراحه ولا للافراد ولا للعوائل...للمراهقين فقط ازعاج في كل مكان اسوء فندق مر علي كرهني بالديرة كلها

Once only.

Room in the hotel was not clean and even after complaining repeatedely it was never properly cleaned. Hotel in general was a cheesy 70’s design. Food and food options were not good. Would not return there.
