"This isn't a luxury room in the sense of being new/updated with a lot of space. The main area is dated, but it has everything you need and an updated bath area and it's a great location if you are in Wilmington for something. We were there for the Whiteface uphill bike race. Meg seemed available to help although we didn't need anything."

"Everything was clean and comfortable, Steve was a great host. Very welcoming and the hot tub was great at night, property comes with a great view of the river and is a beautiful spot for a relaxing morning coffee or evening beer. Would definitely recommend this getaway! "

"Beautiful property with views! Right behind a pizza shop but you would not know it. Great for 2 families staying together. Close to whiteface, Wilmington beach, and ice cream. Quiet and the owner is quick to respond! "
