In our room we had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There’s an indoor pool with an outdoor patio. About 1/2 mile away is an Aldi and a dollar store. Great for families making their own meals. We went to LaBella’s and Casa; both winners. I will be back. Love Saranac Lake and this hotel."

"We had a lake view room that was nice. The shower had a rain head and a separate handheld. The pools were great. The hot tub was always full of people. The paddle boards and kayaks available were available and easy to use. The free WiFi was not great. It wasn’t strong enough to do basic tasks for any period of time such as scrolling social media or searching the web. Riley was awesome. She helped at check in and was one of the friendlier staff members we encountered. Lots of children at the hotel."
