Great Place to stay!

We used this as a base camp for a visit to the Adirondack’s. It was a great spot in a cute little village . Would come back again!

Great spot in Wilmington

Convenient location

Cute place with well stocked kitchen! The hot tub was a nice way to unwind after a day of excursions. Centrally located to Lake Placid and Saranac Lake. Minutes to White Face Mountain and High Falls Gorge. Loved all the fishing/hiking/swimming pullouts on 86 between Wilmington and Lake Placid. Beautiful area!

Great Spot

This was a lovely place for our stay. My husband and I wanted to do a few days of hiking in the area and this was perfect for us. The hot tub was so relaxing after hiking, and everything inside was very comfortable and definitely sufficient for our needs.

Birthday getaway

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is cozy and has everything that you need for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub and fire pit were an added plus. We plan on returning next year for an even longer stay.

Relaxing Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The purpose of the visit was to relax and visit some trails with our 2 dogs so being pet friendly was the reason we chose this home. We also enjoyed some time in the hot tub.

Mountain vacation

The property was in an amazing place. You’re just down the road from whiteface mountain and lake placid is a quick 20 minute drive away. The place itself was clean and homey. Will definitely book here again in the future for a longer stay.

Beautiful Home

It was a beautiful home with lots of sunlight. We enjoyed the afternoon hours watching the sun set over the mountains in the backyard.

Whiteface ski trip

This was one of the best trips we ever took. It was a beautiful house in a quaint town without the commercialized touristy traps. The house was the perfect size for our family and the hot tub was a great amenity. The host was very responsive when we had a few questions. It was also really close to Whiteface which was super convenient when we went skiing.

Beautiful place

The property is beautiful. The house is wonderful. I loved that it had a washer and dryer. We enjoyed the hot tub. The view of the mountains was gorgeous. We definitely will be back.

Perfect Getaway Spot

Booked for a fall family hiking trip. The property looked just like the pictures. Everything was in great condition and clean. The hot tub was amazing especially after a long day of hiking. It was super clean and well maintained. Having the pizza place next door was perfect and there are a few other restaurants in walking distance. Perfect for a small group or family The host was responsive and easy to work with.

Storybook Christmas

We booked the cabin for a long Christmas weekend. The entire surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. The cabin in a short 5 minute drive to snowboarders delight at Whiteface Mountain. Fantastic Stay in Wilmington NY

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Everything we needed was provided. The hot tub and the view from it were spectacular and the house was clean and well maintained - just as advertised. Comfortable beds and the shower head was great for people that are very tall. Close to Lake Placid and Whiteface Mountain. We will definitely be back. Thank you Sue!

Cute and comfortable

This little house was perfect for our needs. We were spending a few days skiing at Whiteface and it was minutes from the hill. We used the hot tub which was lovely. It would be nice to know what things can go in the recycling bin. I made the assumption that cardboard, cans and glass could be recycled and put these in the blue (assumed recycling) bin by the fence. Thanks for having a comfortable, cosy place for us to rest our heads for our adventures in the area.
