"This was our first stay at the Grand Adirondack, it had been recommended by a friend. We were certainly NOT disappointed! From check-in to check-out the entire experience was wonderful. The staff were very helpful and considerate. The location is excellent, the room was one of the finest we'd stayed in, the beds were very comfortable and we both slept like babies. Some may complain about having to pay for the valet parking, but it was worth knowing there was 24-7 security in the parking lot. There was no complimentary breakfast but we were fine with that, it gave us options to go elsewhere. Overall, a 5 star experience. It will be our first choice on our next trip to Lake Placid!"

"We had a really wonderul stay at the Eastwind. The beds were super comfortable and the room was very quiet. We also really loved the Sauna. I was a little disappointed in the book selection in the "library". I would have loved to see some books about the history of the area or local wildlife. But really our stay couldnt have been better. Its a gorgeous property. "

"Came back to Hampton after a 2 yr absence. Lovely hotel, rooms, great room is fabulous!!!! Hotel is situated on Mirror Lake, perfect location!!! Breakfast is excellent."

"You can't go wrong with High Peaks. We don't go usually because it's super expensive but rates were good this weekend. They are so kind with dogs. read the fine prints, there are some fees for your pooch. great staff, great time !"
