"No towels at hotel no air conditioning No soap this was by far worst hotel in 6 weeks of travel in Chile and way overpriced. Was refused to be allowed to get money back for 2nd night after 1st night. Manager said owner has horrendous record with other people will not do anything and never fixes the situation and has been reported previously."

Nope .... all the light coming in the room at all hours ... that is just one of 20 things ... the cat eating the breakfast on the kitchen counter when the girl preparing the food went outside ... too many people for the bathroom .... etc etc etc ... "The owners of these little cabins were so helpful! They even came and found us to pick us up as we were walking from the cruise ship port to their location! Yes it is walkable! After our stay they gave as a ride to the bus station as well! Not fancy but very comfortable. Would highly recommend! Wifi, tv, kitchen and air conditioning included!"

"The hotel is in a really nice part of Valparaiso with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The room was spacious and well-lit. The bathroom was also quite big and the shower was really nice. The staff were super helpful and gave us lots of information about the area and places to visit. The rooftop terrace is lovely with excellent views. "
