It was a million dollar view. We watched as Azamara Quest came into port and it was absolutely amazing to watch the sea lions right outside our window and the fisherman coming in and out in their colorful boats. Also, breakfast was really good as was the staff.

The hotel is at the fishing port where there are numerous excellent fish restaurants albeit in not well-maintained surroundings. Watching the Sealions is a treat and there are many homeless but friendly dogs. The market has many stalls catering to children.

Since we were going on a cruise, this was walking distance to the ship. Perfect. Place was clean and comfortable. We don't "enjoy" casinos, but it worked for us.

Great for one night stay

Great fir one night before heading on a cruise ship Pros Price, location, shower with hot water, working air con, quiet and nice view from the rooms Cons Terrible internet, bed was a little too soft, restaurant was pricey with bar food. For the price we would give this 7/10 but if internet is important to you I wouldn’t recommend to stay here.

Nicely decorated dining area , lobby could use more sitting areas for guests. Elevators only stops to a floor pressed first , it doesn’t stop in between floors to pick up causing longer wait .

The hotel is a few minutes walk from San Antonio port (DP World). The room we were given was very clean with a great view to the harbor. The included breakfast is not very good with limited items. The surrounding area has a lot small shops and restaurants, but it is pretty dirty. The harbor has a lot birds and sea lions for animal lovers. Overall a not bad place to stay when visiting the port or catching a cruise ship.

From our room to the hallways going to tithe elevator and in the dining areas you see ocean views which is great . Good breakfast selection . Dining area is well- designed and modern. Hotel is connected to a mall and open market is next to it , near the cruise port . We had the executive room and it’s on a corner room that has the city cues on one side and Oceanview on the other The room was huge but there’s so much excess space that the hotel could probably put 2 loungers instead of just one and a small table for eating if you want a room service . The smaller room we had the night before had a safe, this room didn’t . I asked for a safe , even a portable one but they never brought one in .Only a portable AC in the room , not built - in . The window covers were difficult to open .

This was our final stay on land before embarking on a cruise out of San Antonio. And while it's a perfect location and generally good hotel, it was actually our only option. I arranged a room with a view - it was on the 11th floor and did not disappoint. Watching the array of boats and ships working and moving throughout the bay was like watching a tilt shift video. I could have spent an entire day doing only that. Unfortunately, however, the AC did not work in our room so roaming the streets of San Antonio was a good alternative. There was a breakfast included with our stay, but that was nothing to write home about. Hotel staff in general were not especially helpful or friendly compared to two other hotel stays in Chile. They did have sign-ups for a $10 (USD) taxi ride in the morning over to the cruise terminal, but otherwise didn't go out of their way to interact with guests. Regarding other options in the area, there were several non hotels but they didn't offer the level of comfort of a hotel (excepting the non-functional AC). Had I been traveling alone, I most likely would not have stayed at this hotel.
