"We are frequent VRBO customers. The location was perfect for our purpose, and the home was peaceful with lovely surroundings and large sun-filled rooms. However, it appears to be owned by a company, with no homey touches, and poor management practices. Upon our arrival, there were a couple of issues that needed addressing. For example, the fireplace was not working, the welcome/instruction book was only provided in French and we understood and we understood “important” so we called the...

"Severe security problems: one evening people came and said that they rented our unit and showed us a confirmation with our unit number. It turned out they were booked in the unit next door and got the wrong confirmation. ok, might happen, but they were able to open *our* door with *their* code!!!If you write to the manager, you only get AI generated answers but nobody cared about the problem. It wasn't fixed within 24 hours after reporting. At this time, there were three working PIN codes for...

"L’arrivée n’est pas évidente, il n’y a pas de réception, on croit arriver dans une Auberge avec des personnes qui s’occupent de la réception et des services aux clients, rien. J’avais réservé une chambre six mois d’avance. On m’avait envoyé la marche à suivre lors de mon arrivée mais comme ce n’était pas dans l’immédiat, je n’avais pas payé attention à cette note. "Amazing experience, my daughter still talks about it today!"

"Washing machine had ALOT of wet sheets when we arrived, so we dried them, folded them and put them on the dining table. Shampoo and conditioner would have been appreciated. So would pepper and oil. But we knew that going in. Aside from that, place looks nice, hot tub and pool/sauna area a plus. Walking trail by river was very nice. Grounds were not well maintained and there was a hole in the wall from a door knob. Location does not have much to do in surrounding area. One of the guests did...

"Nous avons passé un très beau séjour en famille dans ce chalet. L’endroit est calme et paisible pour une vraie détente. Le chalet est propre et confortable. La communication avec le gestionnaire était très appréciée. À recommander."

"Very quiet peaceful spot. Well appointed and close to the trails"

"We had a great stay. Property is very clean - the entire unit is maintained very well. The property is new and we had no issues during our stay. WIFI was good. "
