La propreté laisse à désirer. La poussière est accumulée sur le bas des murs et il y a des traces de moisissures. Des traces de moisissures et de mauvaises odeurs dans le bas du rideau de douche. Il y a du tapis dans le couloir, ça sent l'humidité et les couloirs sont sombres. Accumulation de traîneries à l'extérieur, le patio n'est pas invitant du tout.

We were extremely happy with the front desk manager and the hotel staff. We arrived with dirty bicycles and they immediately gave us access to a hose to clean our bikes

They asked me to pay for both night upfront for the 2 nights, felt weird in the lobby, bad smeel and mold on the ceiling. They did not want me to check the room before paying. They don't speak French or English. After paying and seeing how bad was the room condition (door don't unlock, toilet bowl broken, dirty with previous visitors hair in the bed,etc...), they never wanted to refund me. They said I had to cancel 3 days before the stay as their policy, I reserved around 1/2 or 1 hour before going there, so it was never possible to cancel 3 days before ? I tried to get refunded with hotel.com and was only able to get one night cancelled and give me a policy good will 15% on the first night. Felt swindled, I was try to ask my credit card company to have this charge cancelled since it was a trap. I wouldn't recommend to go even near that place !

The room was not clean. There was dirt on the light switches and other high touch areas, and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. There was dirt under the bed.The shower head needed replacing and the bedspreads and blankets had seen better days. Outside the side door, there were hundreds of cigarette butts on the ground.

I was there 4 nights. The room was not cleaned (standard housekeeping) once. I have stayed there before and it was very good - and housekeeping was done daily. I am not sure If I will stay there again.

Pas très loin de l'autoroute. Nous n'avions pas de télé dans la chambre. SdeB propre. Personnel ne parle que le chinois. À la réception: café et micro-onde souillés, nappe sur la table vraiment sale/tachée. Prix beaucoup trop élevé pour la qualité. Devrait être au plus 50% du prix payé ($155)
