An excellent stay at this resort. The place was clean, gardens beautifully maintained, multiple pools were always sparkling and the breakfast was varied and plentiful - yummy as! The food at the restaurant was first rate and the drinks OK. The bed was huge and comfy, air conditioner and fan worked well, lovely private aspect onto the pool area and the bathroom was great. The only downside was that the TV was quite old so it could not be cast to and there was no Netflix or other premium...

Amazing Hotel with lots of cool quirky touches. The roof top bar and swimming pool were absolutely amazing. The staff were helpful and charming. Central location but you wouldn't have known it, very little if any street noise.Thoroughly recommend this Hotel.

Great stay. Easy checkin room was great with very comfortable bed and pillows. Hotel was not full so it was quiet but you could hear other people in the spa at 5am from your balcony. Breakfast was good and the coffee machinean added bonus. Real fresh hot coffee. The only negative was there are no tissues in the room and they only supply 1 toilet roll, eadily fixed by grabbibg an extra roll from the downstairs toilet. Would stay again as great location to beach and nightlife

Staff were friendly & helpful & the service was prompt & staff were always smiling and made you feel so welcomed. The rooms were really spacious & the beds were comfy. The location whilst quiet was relaxing & from my room (438) I had great water views. Night street stalls are located just outside the hotel & massages are just around the corner. I enjoyed the 9 nights at the resort. Staff were happy and always happy to follow up any request. We arrived late on the night that we booked in the resort staff were happy to assist with organising a some dinner. The resort was well maintained and well looked after. The pool was clean and well maintained so we used it often. Was great for 2 young kids (1 year and 2.5 years). Asked to love to ground floor room second day and wasn’t a problem. Large rooms with divider to seperate kids sleeping to adults. Provides 2 cots free of charge and kids bedding. Also had a step in room so toddler could reach washbasin. Nice details to support young kids. Pools were great. Super friendly and accommodating staff with clean and well maintained facilities. They assisted with all our queries and we had a great stay. After checking out they stored our luggage until our flight and we were still able to use the amenities of the resort such as the pool, gym, showers, and shuttles. Would definitely recommend.

Very modern clean hotel. Great staff and good variety of breakfast options. Location is excellent as it connects to Jungceylon shopping centre.
