Each dish was prepared with the freshest ingredients and bursting with flavour. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. They are attentive, professional, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure your comfort. I must give special recognition to Adam at the front desk, whose warm smile and efficient service made check-in and check-out a breeze. He was always available to answer questions and provide helpful recommendations. Additionally, the cleaning team, especially Sathish, deserves high praise for maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel and our room. "Very enjoyable and relaxing stay at the Millenium Grand. The hotel is well decorated and maintained. All of the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The room allocated was very spacious, comfortable and cleaned everyday. The bed was very comfortable. A plentiful supply of bottled water was provided by the hotel. The breakfast provided was very good with hot and cold options available. I used the pool area which was spacious and very good and also the gym which was well equipped and air conditioned. The hotel is attached to a large shopping mall which has a number of cafes and restaurants. A very good location for getting around Muscat (by taxi). I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Muscat for a relaxing few days. Thank you."
