To our surprise and delight, our room was beautifully decorated with flowers, thoughtful snacks, and a delicious anniversary cake. This personal touch set the tone for a truly unforgettable holiday. A heartfelt thank you goes to Shankar, Merilen, and Jemna for their outstanding care and attentiveness throughout our stay. We also want to recognize the wonderful Club Lounge team—Marian, Anna, Aliyaa, and many others whose names we may not recall—who consistently went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel like part of the InterContinental family. Every detail of our stay was handled with such thoughtfulness, and it was clear that the entire team takes great pride in making their guests feel valued. The combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and heartfelt hospitality made our anniversary celebration truly unforgettable. We are already looking forward to returning in the future and cannot recommend InterContinental Muscat highly enough to anyone visiting Oman. "This resort was absolutely beautiful! The staff especially WAQAS was amazing, he went above and beyond to get me the right room and had it set up nicely for me. I never felt so at home. The food was delicious. Jumeirah Muscat Bay really stole my heart and I cannot wait to go back! I loved my time there. Also the beach is soooo beautiful, soft sand, clean, warm water, this is a slice of heaven!"

"Lovely hotel with fantastic staff, great location and brilliant pool and facilities. The complimentary shuttle bus is also a great way to see some sights. The only thing to be aware of if you’re not travelling on business is the on site restaurants / bars are very expensive, especially when the multiple taxes, fees and mandatory service charge have been added on."
