"The location was amazing. It is along the water, has restaurants and markets nearby, and this place has a pool. It was incredibly safe, room was clean and staff very friendly. I am not giving a higher score because it can get loud at times. It is nearby a church, I think, and we could hear bells. "

"Die Lage ist wunderschön und die Aussicht vom Hausboot ist zauberhaft. Es gibt einen Bäcker und mehrere Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe und die Innenstadt mit Fähre ist gemütlich und wirkt einladend.Zur Unterkunft: Leider gab es keine Fliegengitter(daher Mückenplage inklusive/Lüften nur morgens möglich) und teilweise waren die Betten dreckig, sowie eine dreckige Badezimmer/Fußmatte waren vorhanden. Man sollte unbedingt Toilettenpapier (es war nur 1 Rolle vorhanden)und Handseife sowie...

"We loved EVERYTHING. Friendly and useful staff, beautiful and peaceful surroundings, the cottage was spacious and clean, and supplied with sufficient equipment (including a recent dishwasher and quite comfortable beds). Only 20 minutes away from Amsterdam if you fancy a visit , but Volendam itself is definitely worth exploring. We highly recommend this place ."

"Het inchecken verliep prima. Maar toen we de (schone) kamer inkwamen, was het alsof we een sauna inliepen. De zon had de hele dag vol in de kamer geschenen, dus het was er bloedheet. Er kon geen raam open en er was geen airco of ventilator. We moesten de koffers op de grond zetten, en konden geen kleding eruit halen omdat er geen kast aanwezig was. Ook even goed kunnen zitten was niet mogelijk, aangezien er geen stoelen stonden en er was ook geen tafel. Dus dan maar op het bed zitten om nog wat...

"Très jolie houseboat, confortable et cosy. Chambre confortable. "

"Bel hébergement, bien situé. Un petit magasin est disponible au niveau de la marina. Un autre se trouve trouve un peu plus loin dans Volendam. La péniche bouge un peu lorsqu'il y a du vent, donc il faut tout de même s'assurer que vous n'avez pas le mal de mer. La cuisine est pratique pour se faire à manger. La ville est superbe et facile d'accès à pied."
