Good location. Parking a bit tricky.

The staff, the luxury hotel and the location were all 5+ stars for my family stay in istanbul.

A lovely small family run hotel . Great location near the town . Breakfast was great served up on the rooftop. The rooftop ran a pizza restaurant at night which I would highly recommend . Staff were lovely and so helpful . Would highly recommend. Thank you

The rooms Lobby restaurant bar basically every part of the hotel was absolutely amazing and very clean I’ve stayed probably in about 250-260 hotels around the world and I must say was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever encountered absolutely WoW a must stay

Great location close to shops and restaurants. Staff were quite friendly and breakfast was really good. Will definitely come back next time we're in Cappadocia!

We enjoyed our stay at the Troya Hotel in Balat, and strongly recommend it. The hotel is an old building, more than 100 years old, and the bedroom is a little gem. We had never seen such old electric switches, and the art deco chandelier was a gem! The staircase is a bit steep and narrow if you have heavy luggage to carry to the top floors but the staff is helpful. The graffiti decoration in the restaurant is a bit odd in the context of the hotel :) Access is very convenient, on the Golden Horn...

Excellent location. Walkable to most old city sights . Nice and friendly staff. 24 hours reception are convenient . Room is clean. A bit small for two. It is Ok for us as no big luggage . If the room can supply body wash or one more soap will be great .

I came from Australia to visit my family and stayed at this hotel for three nights. The location is absolutely perfect — truly one of the best areas in Istanbul. The cleanliness was exceptional; even our clothes were neatly arranged by the staff, which was a lovely touch. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.
