"the bed was good and it was quiet, people were friendly and it was quiet, a few fireworks in the distance but not a war zone like my neighborhood on the 4th of July. I'll never understand why blowing stuff up, terrorizing the animal world and some of us humans, is really a good expression of celebration of our independence, especially since we are facing a clear and present danger of losing it to radicals."
