"Good location. Suite room was nice but queen bed was really hard and uncomfortable and every time you moved it made noise. Housekeeping was below average as crumbs and debris were tucked under cabinet toekick and behind/under end tables and dressers. "

"It was advertised on Expedia that this hotel had a pool. Sure, it had a pool, an empty pool. Same with the Jacuzzi. So much for packing bathing suits. The hotel itself wasn’t very clean and there weren’t many amenities other than soap and shampoo. It was very clear to us from the very beginning that this hotel is struggling stay afloat. We were shocked they even offered breakfast. i’d highly recommend staying elsewhere."

"Somehow, this had good ratings/reviews, don’t believe them. The photos are OBVIOUSLY from when it was new. The condition of the property now is absolutely dreadful. The room was dirty, the mattresses were wore out probably 5 years ago, and VISIBLE STAINS! The hot tub water was “murky” and gross, sadly, the entire property was horrible. Not only would I never stay here again, I highly recommend nobody else stay here either. I wasn’t even comfortable using the toilet in the bathroom that was outdated 15 years ago. "

"One night stay for a Mother's Day visit. This hotel is under remodel, so the check in process was a bit makeshift and went slowww - meaning one guy was running everything from a conference table in a hallway at the heaviest check late afternoon around 4pm. He was so professional and helpful and did great but I felt bad for him because it was definitely a lot for one person to run the show with such limited resources. Please acknowledge your great staff doing this tough work :) Our 1 bdrm Queen room was fairly modern and so clean and spacious. I was pleased with that. But our TV wasnt hooked up correctly and when we asked for assistance with it, we were told the maintenance guy already went home. My boyfriend figured out how to the the TV input plugged back in but then something was wrong with our remote. Other than that, we had a fun stay and a romantic visit there spending time together XOXO"

"It's nice to find an inexpensive motel with a view! Very relaxing, calming. This place is almost hidden now by the big La Quinta hotel in front of it, but don't let that distract you. You're close to downtown Centralia here, right next to the freeway."
