However, it is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff that stood out for us - everyone seemed to go the extra mile to be helpful, considerate, welcoming, friendly and courteous. "The hotel was clean. The room was a good size. We had a large bed, which was comfortable for me but my friend found too soft. We stayed 4 days and asked for the room to be cleaned and it was done. The staff were helpful. The buffet breakfast had a good selection. Our room had a balcony and did overlook the local residents but it was not a problem. The hotel is located in a side street off the main road. It is near the harbour. There is also plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out. I would stay here again. "

"Great pool upstairs, nice restaurant, friendly staff and very helpful. The food was good and the drinks even better! Walkable to all things st. Julian’s, so many places to eat and shop… the room itself was so pleasant. Very new and clean and the daily cleaning was well done. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful. Overall 10/10."
