"Really wanted to love it but left ALOT to be expected. This is not a 5* property. People may have left it 5*s because they were happy, but it is a 3* standard hotel at best. Beautiful reception which leaves you excited but then you get to the rooms which are seriously dated. Tired and well used bathroom. Marks on the walls. Scuffs on the furniture. Lack of sockets. However the beds although comfortable are very small (my husband and I who are both quite slim barely fit in their double bed), the noise from the gym was so loud 2 floors away from 6am until 11pm that we were unable to sleep. "We enjoyed our stay at this cozy boutique property. The reception was kind and helpful, the buffet breakfast was simple but enough. The hotel was very clean and the room was nice with a great view of the water. There is a nice rooftop pool and bar where we ejoyed winding down our day. The location is perfect to walk to restaurants, bars, and easy access to transportation right in front of the hotel. We would 100% stay here again if we were to stay in the area of St. Julians."
