"The room was fine but basic. The hotel was packed with retired people who take the ferry to the Couronian Spit and that didn't make the breakfast experience a good one."

"We had a lovely stay! The suite was as described, very clean and spacious. The staff are excellent, and the breakfast is varied. The spa area can get quite busy, but it is great to have it included in the stay. Thank you!"

Very smart, modern hotel in a stylishly renovated old warehouse on the river bank. Well situated on the river walk and a pleasant walk to old town restaurants. The hotel restaurant does serve dinner and lunch.
Top marks to the friendly reception staff who were welcoming and quickly acceded to a few requests which made our stay much more comfortable.
We booked a small attic room on the top floor with an opening window overlooking the river. Generous cupboard space, safe, desk, minibar and...

We have stayed here many times and keep coming back. The service is always exceptional, and the staff go above and beyond to make every stay special. The hotel is beautiful, the spa facilities are outstanding, and in our opinion it is the best hotel and spa experience in Lithuania.
I always choose this hotel for our family trips and also recommend it to my extended family. Consistently excellent, professional, and welcoming every time. Highly recommended.

This is a charming facility with very helpful friendly staff who facilitated arrangements for us, including organising and paying for a taxi to meet our ferry. While the room was a little tired it was comfortable and warm. The hotels location is well located in the old town.

Great location right on the waterfront. Easy to walk to everywhere. The hotel itself is a beautiful unique building and the room was large, clean and had everything promised in the guide. The only downside was breakfast on the second day. The food was slow to come out to the buffet so we waited a long time for the hot buffet, milk and juices to be replenished.
