There is a communal kitchen - you can cook your food and store it in the 2 available fridges. Guboja is located right on the shore of Curonian bay, only a bike/walk path separating them. It is amazing to sit in their yard and gaze at the water while enjoying a drink or a snack from their small bar. We stayed only one...

The best area to stay in Kintai is the village centre itself, particularly near the Kintai Church and the Curonian Lagoon shoreline.

This area is the heart of Kintai and offers the most convenience and access to local amenities. It's a small, pleasant village with a few local shops, eateries, and guesthouses. The Kintai Church, a prominent landmark, is easily accessible, and the nearby pier provides direct views and access to the Curonian Lagoon. The main road through Kintai, connecting it to other parts of the Curonian Spit region, runs through this central area.

Couples looking for a relaxing escape will find the central village ideal. You can enjoy strolls along the lagoon, visit the local art galleries, or simply unwind in one of the guesthouses with views of the water. The serene environment and easy access to nature walks make it superb for quiet time together.

The warm weather also makes it pleasant to cycle along the scenic routes that crisscross the area, especially the paths leading through the Šilutė district and towards the Curonian Spit ferry.

Couples looking for a relaxing getaway will appreciate the long daylight hours and the opportunity to experience tranquil evenings by the lagoon. Many local guesthouses offer outdoor seating, superb for enjoying a quiet meal or a drink as the sun sets over the water.

Families will find the summer months offer plenty of activities for children, from exploring the natural reserves nearby to enjoying the small, local beaches.
