"Hi we got to see this hyatt due to high rating in guest and in the platform. We did receive a warm welcome from the staff, and the service is quick with the early check-in available! The room is standard with Hyatt quality, and a bit cons is that the noise block is not perfect yet, we sometimes hear people walking on the upper floor or chat in the nearby room. Overall, we see an early check-in option,and late check-out option! The breakfast is fantastic, it is amazing!"

"Staff immediately helped us check in. The view from our 17th floor room was beautiful. The beds and pillows were perfectly firm and we slept so good. We slept so good we missed breakfast, but have heard good things. Room and bathroom were clean and nicely cold on a hot city summer day. Wish they had a pool, but really no complaints. Would stay here again."
