"A really nice hotel in Fez. The pool area was very nice, but no one used the pool. It was a little slow while I was there plus renovations but high quality place!"

"We had a lovely stay at Riad Algila! The staff were phenomenal and so helpful, especially Yusuf and Hassan who treated us and our 1 year old daughter so well. The location was amazing, central near the Medina but the inside was so quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely return to this Riad!"

"A charming and well run Riad on the outskirts of the Medina. The room was comfortable with incredible views. The location was very convenient for exploring the Medina and the staff were lovely and welcoming. The food served in their restaurant was delicious and they have the best harira soup in town! I would definitely recommend this Riad and would stay here again."

"Beautiful Riad in Fès with charming rooms, a peaceful courtyard, and warm, helpful staff. A perfect base to explore the Medina, truly a memorable stay!"

"Location was good, right in the middle of the medina, but can be tricky to navigate too with people trying to “help” but always asking for money. Room was decent but had a lingering smell of urine and although door secured, a very large crack between the doors that anyone can see right into your room. Staff offered help & recommendations but seemed all they wanted was tips as well."

The riad is extraordinary. The level of detail and design is amongst the best we’ve stayed in, in the world. The staff could not do enough for us during our stay. What an amazing find.

In a lifetime of traveling, this was a truly standout experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and makes you feel transported to a magical time. The service is next level. Siham and the rest of the staff care deeply about their city and your experience and will connect you with the absolute best guides (with a discount). Hussaini knows the city better than anyone and will show you the religious sites and you will feel like old friends with the local craftsman that you meet like him. There are...

We stated for 4 nights in a beautiful, quiet, well appointed and ever so tastefully decorated room. The bed was superb and shower the best in our travels in Morocco so far.
The riad is very well located just inside the medina. We found the story of the 3 year renovation fascinating. The guesthouse even has top quality solar panels from Australia!

We just loved the place. Not knowing what to expect when booking from so far away and arriving to a very warm welcome and the beauty of its courtyard was awesome. Our room was huge, bed was comfy, great shower and bathroom, all nice and relaxing. The breakfasts were delish and set us up well for our day of exploration. We did eat in one night and savoured their yummy chicken tagine. The proximity to the medina was great, a 5 minute walk, if that. All in all a fantastic experience. The staff were...

Beautiful Riad across the street from Fes Medina. Amazing architectural features in the room and building including stained glass windows, and exquisite tiling, plaster and cedar. Our room opened onto a generous balcony overlooking a luxurious courtyard which had a great lounge area for reading and meditation. Sama, Hamid and team were very friendly and helpful. The views from the roof terrace are spectacular and the breakfasts served there were delicious.
Thank you for a memorable stay.
