Overall we had a nice stay. The staff were always so friendly and eager to help. We did have to have our beds remade on arrival due to dirty bedding. The property and rooms do seem somewhat “run down” and could use a facelift and a good clean. That being said, we would absolutely stay here again.

Relaxing place to stay

Nice and big hotel, unfortunately it is under renovation, the front entrance and pass way are covered by metal fence. Lobby is spacious, rooms are little bit dated, shower head doesn’t work well. Breakfast was not what we expected, but at least they have omelette and coffee, selections of bread.

We had a positive experience at the Marriott Hotel Jnan Palace overall! the hotel is clean and safe, and that the rooms and pool area are both high quality. It's a bit of a drawback that the prices for food are expensive, I would recommend it over the Fes Ryads
