"Le propriétaire a l’arrivé n’était pas là je l’ai appelé, il m’a répondu en effet mais m’a dit que sont habitation était inutilisable car inondé et qu’il annule de son côté pour me faire rembourser! A ce jour aucun nouvelle !!!! "

"This charming and authentic Riad is in a great location to explore Fes. Stairs to second and third floor are narrow and a bit tricky to navigate if you are older. The rooms are comfortable each with its own HVAC unit. Would highly recommend dining at Cafe Clock and taking a cooking lesson there with Chef Souad."

"Apartment was new and excellent value. I would only suggest carpets in the bedrooms, a nonslip floor mat in the shower, soap & shampoo in bathroom and coffee pods for coffeemaker. All in all, it was great and I would definitely recommend it."

"This riad was stunning, the details are amazingly aesthetically appealing, the stained glass windows gave the most stunning reflection when the sun was shining in. Our room was also beautiful with many small Moroccan touches. The bed was comfortable with different types of pillows which I really appreciated. Our room has delicious Moroccan cookies and dates. What i really loved was our bathroom has black soap and clay, I really did want to try this before purchasing, riad Fes gave me the chance. We were welcomed by Anwar who greeted us with speaking wine and Moroccan nibbles. He provided us with good information on Fes. The staff service is excellent at riad fes. Anwar and Maha were very hospitable. You must try the Moroccan Rose cocktail made by the barman Abdul, it probably was the best cocktail Iv had. The breakfast was also delicious, there is a continental buffet, and you can also order hot breakfast too which was included in our stay. I really did appreciate the porter Abdulraq. He was helpful with our luggage, our car was parked quite far. "

"We were made to feel at home right away by an extremely friendly hotel staff. The hotel is well situated: close to shoping mall ,royal palace and Medina. Room was exactly like a normal 4 star hotel in France or Italy. Breakfast was excellent & reasonably priced with variety of western & local food available in buffet style layout + eggs & pancake cooked according to guests' tastes...Pool for kids and one for adults adjacent ( not huge but enough to have a good swim)In short; had good time, staff very friendly & hotel well situated in city. Would recommend a room facing boulevard or pool."

"Nice place has a lot of potential. Took more money than what agreed through Expedia. Not the most helpful of people ask for ice on a couple of occasions to no help. The fridge is terrible for keeping anything close to cold. Asked for an iron but to no help. They do not change the bedsheets on every occasion of housekeeping. Get your money exchanged else where they don’t give a good rate. They think customer service is a smile only. For a four star hotel it behaves as a two star. "
