This is more than just a hotel, this is a superbe alpine style resort with heart stunning decor and construction, it is the epitome of perfection, I would highly recommend you make a stop here and make it part of your Moroccan journey. it’s more than a stay, it’s an experience that will touch your senses and you’ll remember forever. The staff is the cream of the crop and attend to your every need before you even ask, the sauna is world class, the indoor heated pool is simply a joy. My experience at Michlefin fell far below expectations for a hotel of this rating and price point. The overall service quality was disappointing and inconsistent with what one would expect from a premium establishment. Staff training and guest service standards require significant improvement — the level of professionalism should align more closely with that of leading hotels such as the Four Seasons. The jacuzzi was particularly disappointing. Charging €1 per minute for use feels unreasonable, especially considering it was poorly maintained and unhygienic, with visible debris and hair. Although the manager, Rashid, was courteous and offered an apology, there was no meaningful resolution, and I was ultimately charged for the jacuzzi despite the condition it was in. Room service was also subpar. The food arrived cold, and the fries tasted as though they had been cooked in fish oil — very unpleasant and far from the quality expected. The only positive aspect of the dining experience was the dessert, which was quite good. Overall, Michlefin needs to make substantial improvements in both service delivery and facility maintenance to justify its pricing and reputation.

Horrible experience will never come here again. We had our wedding and came here straight after. We checked in at 1am with a large group of our friends. We all booked deluxe garden rooms. As the couple we checked in first and we asked for an upgrade. We wanted to PAY for this upgrade but they explained that they were completely booked. As in the hotel was full. We had 7 rooms booked all under the same amount and type but under different names. As it was a late night and we explained that we were the couple. They explained they were going to give us surprise they decorated the room with 4 red balloons and white flower petals. We were initially very happy and enjoyed the room. It’s a gorgeous hotel. The next day while we were enjoying our day with our friends. They showed us their garden deluxe rooms. They actually had been upgraded without asking into deluxe suites that have full living rooms 2 bathroom and a soaking tub. Two of our friends received these rooms. I was so upset because they checked in not even 10 min after us, they did not ask and they booked the same room type as us. Why would the staff lie and intentionally ruin our wedding night: we even compared hotel receipts we payed 300 dirhams more for a shittier room and 4 red balloons. I have never been more offended as a bride staying in a 5 star hotel. The lack of care to give two upgrades to our group and not us even when we asked. They knew we just had our freaking wedding and we’re choosing them.
