Our stay at the Qing Suites was so wonderful, we could not have asked for a better experience. The history of the building, as well as the Blue Mansion, is fascinating, and adds to the magic of the place. The room was superb - clean and comfortable, with a lovely private courtyard. The main courtyard, where a delicious breakfast was served, is stunning. The staff deserve a special mention - attentive, kind, and always cheerful, and made our stay extra special.

Had a good time here in this residence and I did enjoy it. I kept extending my stay cos I love it here in Penang and with the residence. I was blamed for a minor crack in the room’s lamp which we did not do, but we manage to talk with the stuff about it through whatsapp and solve it. Lovely stuff, just the room cleaner they need to be quite and be honest sometimes, even to smile when you greet them. But overall I give the residents a 5 star

We had a great stay. All of the staff were lovely and the room was clean and inviting. The buffet breakfast was quaint and had enough options to keep you content. The team were very helpful and always had a smile.

The property is well-situated and comfortable. My only criticism concerns the noise from music at neighbouring entertainment venues at night.

The apartment was clean and perfect for a family. The amenities such as washing machine, water filter and basic cooking equipment made the experience much more comfortable. It is based at the quieter end of Batu Ferringi which allowed us to escape the hustle and bustle but is still close enough to walk to the action and a large variety of restaurants. The room was spotless and well appointed. There is a local hawker centre about 400 meters away which we walked to for dinner. The bus stops were very handy and only 2MR to George Town. Zeus coffee was 5 mins across the road which my coffee enthusiastic enjoyed for price and quality.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, we arrived super early and the hotel front desk lady let us into our room around 12:00 - usually it's 3:00 before you can check in. Room was very big for a family of 4 and area is right in the centre of George town.

Amazing stay, hotel staff were friendly and helpful the food at the hotel itself is incredible, highly recommend eating at the restaurant there for dinner atleast once. The facilities are great the pool, gym, and rooftop garden are all world class. The rooms are big and spacious.

The ambiance of the Blue Mansion is marvellous. Stillness in the courtyards, gentle breezes and tinkling Chinese musical instruments in the background made this venue very comfortable. The staff are in tune with the mood and are discreet yet always ready to help make the stay memorable.
