"Clean room, staff was ok, breakfast was great, kitchen was good. The only think was check in and out. Took awhile , nobody was at the desk. Especially when leaving. Had a long line of people waiting not knowing where anyone was at to check out. My husband was waiting outside in the car , we had loaded up our car with our baggage and still could check out because no one was the front desk. "

"Room was spotless and staff on their game. The only suggestion we have is to provide scooters on site for those who need them. We were unaware until check in that they had to be reserved in advance. It was our first trip there and living in northeast Ohio with access to about 5 different casinos, we will definitely visit again."

"It was a wonderful stay however when I made my reservation it said I wouldn't be charged until we got there and I was unable to use the card that it was supposed to go on. So I'm at a limbo still trying to figure out what to do. Normally every hotel I've stayed at they never charged until we got there all I had to do is give them a card when I did the reservation and they charged my card when I got there. "
