From start to finish, the experience exceeded every expectation. The property is stunning — lush, modern, and perfectly designed for both relaxation and luxury. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel truly special throughout my stay. Every interaction was kind, attentive, and genuine. The food was delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented at every meal. My room was spotless and elegant, cleaned thoroughly every day with attention to detail. The atmosphere across the resort was serene and inviting, ideal for unwinding and celebrating. It was everything and more than I could have hoped for. "Room was high-quality, spotless, The food was amazing especially the buffet, The four-wheel ride to the Hot Springs was super fun because we got to see monkeys and the Hot Springs were awesome especially the steam room and hot pool. Fun to see herds of horses go by being driven by the real Cowboys, awesome to see toucans, coatis, and lots of other wildlife. Also love the authentic pottery making demonstration. it was a wonderful adventure we will never forget"

"The stay that my partner & I had was phenomenal! This resort is extremely clean, with a ton of food/ drink options to choose from. There are a lot of fun activities that happen throughout the day to keep you busy. We were more than pleased with our stay, everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. "An Unforgettable Stay at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica! Our experience at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment we checked in, we were treated with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. We received a beautiful upgrade that made our stay even more special, and every single member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The managers here are truly top-notch — you can tell they take pride in what they do and that they genuinely care about the guest experience. My wife and I normally aren’t fans of all-inclusive resorts, but this property completely changed our minds. The quality of the food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and varied with something for everyone. Every restaurant offered a different vibe, and we were impressed by the attention to detail and the level of service everywhere we went. The property itself is stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature and offering spectacular views of the ocean and the mountains. It’s perfectly maintained and easy to get around. We were originally planning to stay at the Andaz or the Four Seasons, but we’re so happy we chose Planet Hollywood. It’s in the same gorgeous area and delivers an experience that rivals those luxury brands, but with a fun, laid-back energy that makes it feel even more special. Overall, this resort exceeded every expectation. Great people, excellent management, and a classy atmosphere. We highly recommend "
