"Great hotel near the train station! Rooms were lovely and clean and staff very friendly. This property is located away from downtown area, but easy to get Uber within minutes to take you wherever you want to go. Never had an issue getting an Uber during our 5-day stay. There are also trams that run throughout the city, but we never took one. Overall, great hotel at a great price!"

"Good budget hotel. Rooms are small, but fine for a night or 2. Nice sociable bar area serving food. Good breakfast. 20 min walk in to the city over the bridge."

"The hotel is in a fantastic location with the A tram stop virtually right outside, it’s a short walk into the centre with other tram stops to get about the city. The hotel is very modern and looks great. The local amenities are superb with lots of food options nearby. We really loved staying here and are thinking of coming back for a family holiday. "

"Exceptional service and generally superb attitude, friendliness and care. Always available staff. Great character and design. Slight issue with room 3 being facing road and bright light of signage into window. The sound was loud with window open but that was our preference for fresh air. Wouldn’t be issue if you’re happy to not. Breakfast was lovely and has all you need hot or cold. Great location."

"Property is situated in a quiet area yet close walk to shops, restaurants and places of interest and historical. We walked everywhere. The hotel is well maintained and staff are great. The tasing menu dinner was great. Breakfast was excellent and choices were great. "

"The one lady on reception was really helpful and could speak English. The others on reception were not helpful and could not speak English. The property needs a good clean and needs a good paint. The Continental Breakfast included in my rate was great value for money. The rooms are not cleaned/serviced daily. The free toiletries was body wash only in the bathroom. You have to ask for extra towels and for loo paper if needed. There was sufficient parking."
