Great location and perfect if you have a vehicle

This is a lovely small hotel right in the middle of historic Bruges. Beautiful room and breakfast.

Great reception staff on checking in, very polite and welcoming. Hotel property more than lived up to expectations in all areas, reception, bar, guest lounges, hotel rooms all spotless. Wifi very good and baggage storage no problem. Did not have breakfast but great review from another guest. Wish I could have stayed longer.

The staff were so lovely and happy to deal with. The room was quite large and comfortable. It was one street away from the centre of town.

From the minute you walk through the doors, you are greeted by exceptional staff that know what real hospitality is all about. You will be shown to your room and how to enjoy all of its amenities. You are given privacy and service which I have not experienced in many years of travelling.I will not give away the little touches as this is part of the charm and excitement of staying in this hotel. Hotel found very easily in quiet street alongside a canal. Hotel parking was a bonus in an area where most streets are very narrow & car free. Lady who greeted us was friendly, spoke very good English & was extremely helpful in explaining where we could find things.

I was there for a conference so convenient to stay there. Comfortable rooms with unusual design features. Just stays quirky rather than kitsch. The red light in the bathroom (pretending to be a darkroom) is amusing and useful at night to avoid fully waking up or disturbing any other sleeping occupants. Helpful staff.
