Great reception staff on checking in, very polite and welcoming. Hotel property more than lived up to expectations in all areas, reception, bar, guest lounges, hotel rooms all spotless. Wifi very good and baggage storage no problem. Did not have breakfast but great review from another guest.
Wish I could have stayed longer.

From the minute you walk through the doors, you are greeted by exceptional staff that know what real hospitality is all about. You will be shown to your room and how to enjoy all of its amenities. You are given privacy and service which I have not experienced in many years of travelling.I will not give away the little touches as this is part of the charm and excitement of staying in this hotel. I 100% recommend this hotel for your next stay and will be returning next time I am back in this...

Hotel found very easily in quiet street alongside a canal.
Hotel parking was a bonus in an area where most streets are very narrow & car free.
Lady who greeted us was friendly, spoke very good English & was extremely helpful in explaining where we could find things.

We loved our time at DeTuilerieen and were very impressed with the concierge who was on the desk when we arrived and the next day. He was more than helpful to us and our friends.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The BB is in an old building full of character and artwork making it a very interesting stay, and the extensive gardens provided a great place to relax.

A perfect 3 nights, a perfect location close to Centrum Train Shuttle bus stop, Market Square and the city centre. Close to main centre, but very quiet area. Breakfast was splendid, our room was divine and we were very well looked after. There is a lift and passcode for later nights. The hotel was perfect.

We stayed two nights at this beautiful hotel. The position right by the canal and beautiful old breakfast room full of charm and good food just topped it off. Loved it!

Great position right on the zand & with markets on a Wednesday & great Bar called Bras. It is only a short stroll to the centre & market. Newly renovated rooms . Very comfortable. I would recommend getting breakfast included as it has an extensive selection of hot & cold breakfast treats with all you need to set you up for the day. I was never hungry for lunch as i was still full from breakfast. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The hotel has no lifts so as we were on the third floor bit hard, manager offered to carry luggage up and down for us which helped.
My only other issue with this lovely hotel was the Internet, wifi very poor on third floor, we had to leave our door open or go downstairs to lounge to use Internet. As we are travelling around Europe for three months we need good Internet so we can book hotels, flights etc without taking ages.
Breakfast light but very nice.
Would recommend this hotel but might...
