"The AC made so much noise and made it hard to sleep. The room smelled like an attic. The housekeeper did come and spray the room but it was short lived. The staff was amazing"

"We enjoyed everything about our stay EXCEPT the parking. This is an extremely large property with most rooms up very steep hills. There is a significant shortage of parking when the resort is relatively full. The drive paths throughout the resort are very narrow and cars / trucks are parked everywhere outside of parking spaces because the parking is so limited and this makes it impossible to get by some of the vehicles. There doesn't appear to be any monitoring of the vehicles - how they are parked or if they have a parking pass. You pay $10 a day additional for parking yet you may not get a parking spot. I would not recommend this resort if you will have a car and want to come and go from the property or have issue with walking up hill for a distance to get to your room."

"Love this place! Biggest complaint for the weekend is how busy it was. Not sure if it was to the “Wellness Weekend” being hosted, but the pool was full by 9:30a. Been going there for over 10 years and never seen it so busy."

"The hotel is nice and pretty clean. Found a big spider crawling around in the bathroom, though. Our room has a nice view of the pond/lake. I checked my bank account the next day after checking out & was shocked to see the different charges. We already paid for the room through Hotels.com so there shouldn’t be anymore charges except incidentals. I called the front desk & she said the charges were a mistake & they’re fixing it. It may take 10 days to drop off! Never staying at the McCormick again."
