"Very nice landscaping throughout. Enjoyed the combination of nature & beauty throughout the resort. Staff were all amazingly friendly & helpful in every aspect from check in to check out. Also loved the convenience of the location. The spa experience was memorable. Will be happy to return in the near future."

"The hotel room was perfect for us and located on the first floor, close to the gym and bar, and pool area. The staff at check in was very friendly and accommodated my service animal. Maybe I missed the parking fee that was required -- if you are not an elite member there was a fee. It was $25 per night to park on premises. The only negative regarding my stay occurred outside of the hotel room. It was in the outdoor courtyard. The service area for the dogs was located in the courtyard and guests were not considerate in keeping the grass area clean, although bags were present. Also after 11p, when I took my dog out, the lights were not on so it was very dark. When I used my phone to light our path, there were massive cockroaches congregating outdoors. Ewww. I am grateful they were not inside the hotel. Even with that, I would definitely stay at this location again."

"We completely enjoyed our family stay-cation! The room was very nice, large, remodeled, and spotless. The water park was fun and also clean. Food from the restaurant at the water park was good with big portions and was appropriately priced for poolside food delivery at a resort. Housekeeping services were great and they also brought us extra pillows and blankets quickly when we requested. We couldn't have asked for anything to be better."

"Had a great time! Spent many hours in the pools. Pool bartenders were great. Carmelo in the breakfast buffet was the best! Very attentive and friendly! Katherine and Sienna at the front desk helped us in our time of need! Many thanks to them. Will definitely return!"

"This resort is pure heaven. We stayed here for two nights and found the staff to be gracious and more than helpful. They bent over backwards to help us feel welcome and at home. Really nice feature, especially in the month of July, is that the pool is open 24 hours! I’ve never been to a resort that offered that as well as the other wonderful amenities. The room was immaculate and perfectly decorated, not overbearing."
