We got booked in a hallway where an event was happening in one of their rooms. All the hallway doors around this area were shut and the hallway felt like 90 degrees. There wete children running up and down the hallway for hours yelling and screaming well past 11:30 at night. I tried to talk to the front desk girl but she was swarmed with a cancelled flight and several people checking in and doing what she could. I tried several times to love staff in the morning but couldn’t find any. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences. The hot tub was barely warm and the exercise facility was not even close to what was described. Half the cardio equipment was broken and they literally had two very light free weights as well as the room was 85 degrees.

Rough experience. First had to wait forever to check in. When I finally checked in went to the room to find the key cards didn’t work so had to go all the way back to the front desk. Then when I finally got in the room the tv didn’t work. Just bad experience

Booked a stay and Calling for shuttle . No one answers the phone for 2 hours. 2 hours! Got a room but was unable to book the shuttle the bc it was full. 24 hour shuttle is listed as an amenity so don’t be telling me to book an Uber. You are an airport hotel. Days of canceled flight happen where there are more people than usual; but you are an airport hotel and need to provide the shuttle and communication that you indicate is an amenity and the reason why many people choose your hotel.

We paid for 4 rooms 2 day stay about a week ahead a time before arriving to Hotel! When we arrived to property they wouldn’t give us rooms! The receptionist canceled our reservation when we were ALL in the parking lot waiting for issue to get resolved! After three hours with crying babies and an infant in the car we finally was able to get the rooms and my door didn’t work so I had to moved to ANOTHER room! They next day the elevator broke! So we had to walk to the other one that was down and around the hallway on the other side!!!!! The total stay experience was extremely unpleasant, dissatisfying, infuriating, uncomfortable and needless to say……worst hotel experience!
