great location

excellent location, easy walking distance to the Denver Museum of Science and Nature and the zoo. A supermarket is in the same block so easy to get groceries. Transit bus stops are close, and its easy to use these to get to the airport. Good restaurants within a few blocks (I especially liked the Thai restaurant). Lots of amenities. I especially appreciated the full kitchen, Hosts are wonderful! I left with a parting gift of three croissants.

Best location

The unit was as advertised. Host was responsive and upon arrival the unit was clean and stocked with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay.It is a basement unit, so it did have a basement feel, but for the price and space this is an unbeatable value.Best thing is the neighborhood and the many local coffee shops and unique eateries within a short walk.I stayed here while going to National Jewish and it was an easy 5 minute walk to the hospital.I would recommend this host and this unit!

Like being back home

I used to live in the same neighborhood several years ago. So, when I was back in Denver and had a chance to stay in the same area I took it. It's such a wonderful location near numerous restaurants within walking distance, Sprouts down the street if you want to stay in and cook, and the 15 bus if you want to quickly zip down Colfax and head downtown or to Aurora. The neighborhood was always quiet letting us get a good night's sleep after long days at a conference. As dog lovers, the only thing that could have made our stay better was meeting the owner's dogs that we could occasionally hear.
