This is a beautiful hotel with great views of Denver. Upon arrival we couldn’t enter to check in because the front desk is on the 4th floor and the doors were locked. I tried calling twice earlier to let them know I was going to be a late check in and no one answered. When I arrived they said it was sold out and my reservation was not valid because I booked through a third party. They said I couldn’t get a refund through them and would have to contact Expedia. They then said to wait and realized that they had a system maintenance update going from 10pm to 2am and were going to try to manually check me into a room. I was checked into the suite that I originally booked on a high floor and was told to check back at the desk in the morning. It was a 20-30 minute check in process with no apologies given on their part. So hotel itself 8/10, staff 2/10 because there were 2 of them at the desk.

Property and rooms were clean. Highlight of the hotel was the omelette station. Ice machines were not working on any of the floors. Their restaurant (Elevate) gave us a chicken sandwich that was burnt to a crisp when we picked it up to-go, so would not recommend this restaurant to eat at.
