Lawn chairs were rusted and one plastic one was cracked, chipping paint, broken window blinds, toys and debris scattered in yard and caught on bushes. The outdoor torches on ground are all broken and non-working. I know it is early in the season and I picked up as much as I could reach. It was chilly and it took awhile to heat up, as some of the rooms are space...

Sunny 9 days out of the 10 Swimming at West Dennis beach kayaking in Swan Pond, canoeing, fishing, dining at Clancy’s, lighting the fire pit at night for s,mores and toasting marshmallows. Grill could be improved on one side and a lighting issue. Cottage clean and beautiful. Description should be updated."

"We recently stayed there for a week on the shoulder season this fall. First few days were cold and rainy, but putting a kettle on kept the place comfortable and warm. Even provided extra blankets for cold nights. We had everything we needed right there and sat outside on sunny days and even got in a beach day when the weather got into the 70's later in the week. Central to the Cape and steps away from the ocean, made for a lasting memory for us and our puppy!"

"My 82 yr old Mom, 30 year old daughter and my boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage by the beach! There were plenty of things to do to satisfy all of the generations! The water was really warm for September and we all enjoyed a swim. The bike trails were great and I enjoyed jogging/walking on the trail in front of the cottage. The cottage had everything you could need and everything was very clean and organized. The outdoor shower was great!!!"

"My husband and I stayed here for our one year wedding anniversary. It was quiet, serene, and private. We loved the backyard, the location was great to get to stores and restaurants and the inside of the home was comfy, updated and super clean. We will be coming back. Also, such a bonus that check in is at 2pm, it really allows you to enjoy your first day there. Thanks for a great stay!"
