"After an unexpected detour to Hyannis we found this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"I love the rooms the jacuzzi in the room is awesome my husband and I enjoyed that very much. The rooms could be cleaner as there was lots of dust behind the bed and nightstand, the wood furniture definitely could be upgraded as there is water damage on both Nightstands. The electric fireplace was very nice as well to relax together in front of. However there is no cell service in this area at all and the wifi was even worse making watching television at night brutal. Location is great strolling main street very convenient."

"Upon there were some mistakes with check in - they owned up to the debacle, the staff corrected and made sure our weekend experience at the sea crest resort was memorable. What I would say is that there is a trend on placing your stay with 3rd party guest on And getting the low quality of rooms available Not with this resort but others as well So what deal are you really getting ?"

"Room was clean. Most of the staff was very nice, some were not friendly at all, kind of mechanical. Parking was fine. "
