"It was clean. Super close to the train station. Elevators. The restaurant was great -best veggie burger ever and the people working in the restaurant went above and beyond to be kind. The hotel staff were so nice as well! The upstairs bar has such a cool view! This is a very comfortable hotel and I would definitely recommend staying here."

"The hotel itself is great. The breakfast was good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is right at the Train station and seems unsafe at night. There is nothing to do around the hotel, choices of restaurants are limited. There are a few fast food and sandwich shops in the train station as well as a supermarket. Getting to the airport is very easy using the Train and very inexpensive compared to taxi."

"Allowed to check-in Earlier as my flight arrived, Asked to add a 200 euro guarantee for the bar in the room, Given a great view room in the corner of the building. Small plates for breakfast, the room got a better cleaning the next as there was dust on some furniture. Received all the refund. Friendly staff."

"Great location. The Queen Studio for five was perfect for the two of us — spacious, comfortable, and definitely worth recommending if you have the budget. The bed was very comfortable and the room felt big enough to properly relax in. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth, and we really appreciated being allowed to check in early. There’s also a vending machine and plenty of lockers available, which was convenient. Only downside was the limited amenities: small 40ml bottles of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, plus only USB outlets by the bed, so we had to use the kitchenette sockets for charging."

"We loved the location. 2 small blocks from the grand plaza. Walking distance to many restaurants and the train station central less than one block distance. Across from hotel great small restaurant for waffles etc and the best French fries. Loved the view from our room. We stayed for 4 nights five days. Great stay."

"While staying at Le Louise Hotel Brussels - MGallery, we truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in a very central area with just a short walk to many of the places we wanted to visit, which made exploring Brussels extremely convenient. The hotel itself was very clean, well-maintained, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating throughout our visit. We were especially appreciative that they were able to provide a crib for our 1-year-old during our stay, which made traveling with a baby much more comfortable for us. A highlight of our stay was the restaurant onsite. The food was amazing and the service was just as impressive — every staff member we interacted with was attentive, professional, and friendly. The breakfast each morning was also excellent and incredibly convenient before heading out for the day. The hotel’s garden area was also a nice surprise. It was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and added such a relaxing atmosphere to the property. We only wish we had a room overlooking the garden so we could have woken up to that view every morning. Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. 10/10 — we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Brussels. We’re already looking forward to our next trip and will absolutely be staying here again."
