"Upscale boutique hotel, near the city center, with parking and self service laundry, 2 wahers and 2 dryers - we never waited to use. Our was a suite, 2 bedroom, on the 12th floor, which provided an able view of the city and surrounding mountains. Good bathroom - size and shower head pressure. The staff was friendly and helpful, full marks from the busboys, to the front desk staff to the maid service, all were top nothched."

"It was a great location when touring Victoria. It was close to all spots we wanted to see! The room was clean and it was quiet. Parking was free and there were no issues finding a spot to park. The restaurant attached to the hotel was very good and reasonably priced, with huge portions! Front desk staff was helpful and kind. The pool was clean! There is a water bottle filling station in the lobby that was a great bonus!"

"It was a surprise to have stayed in this wonderful hotel. Location is minutiae walk from city centre. We got upgraded to a loft suite with a king bed. Room is spotlessly clean and A/C is comfortable. Breakfast has lots of choice and the environment is classic. The long stairs to the bedroom maybe a challenge to seniors. Will stay again next time. "
