"Very nice place with great staff. Well priced and nice location. The one sore spot was the internet connectivity. I had to run an hour long Zoom call for my work team and got kicked off 5-6 times. Ultimately I had to cancel the meeting and reschedule which was unfortunate."

"This place is in a good location. Walk to everything. It was VERY Clean. Parking garage parking was very clean. Coffee in lobby 24/7. Mini toiletries provided (Shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, body lotion, makeup wipes. Mini frig & microwave in rooms. Mini coffee maker as well but just go to the lobby to get the coffee, its better. I would DEF stay here again."

"The property, including common areas and the room, were spotless. The staff were super friendly and eager to help guests with all of their needs. Breakfast was a large spread of continental options, plus hot eggs, breakfast meats, and french toast and hash browns. It was delicious and the staff kept it full, even with the hotel being sold out that weekend. The room was great, with a king bed and queen pullout in the separate living room space which doubled as a sectional. We didn't need the kitchenette thia trip, but tons of functionality if you do, plus a huge countertop island to work at or enjoy a meal. We also didn't visit the pool, but lots of people did and it looked clean and well kept even with a lot of use. There's even a little outdoor space with a firepit, grills, seating for maybe 10, etc. Overall, great proptery and super convenient to Lewes and Rehoboth. "

"The room was very relaxing, side view ocean scenery was beautiful, sun up to sun down. Wasn’t much kitchen appliance at the hand of things I needed. But I made it work."

"We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. We were greeted warmly at reception, and checked into an incredibly spacious room with balcony. The hotel is centrally located and it was easy to pop out to walk to the beach or shops, and also to hop in the car and explore further. We enjoyed the spacious indoor/outdoor pool while the roof was partially retracted. We also had the breakfast buffet the next morning, which had more than enough options for both kids and adults. We would definitely stay here again, and regretted making this a shorter trip!"

"Ideal location for a quick beach getaway, obviously not all of the amenities are available off-season, however, considering the hotel was not fully booked in a parking lot was basically empty, charging $15 to park overnight for a one night stay seemed unnecessary."

"The pancake maker DID NOT work at breakfast. For our 2 night stay THEY HAD NO COFFEE (Only decaf, that comes out of a machine that looks like it would be for hot chocolate or something and nasty coffee) NO COFFEE in the rooms and NO COFFEE at the breakfast area ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! POOR MANAGEMENT! The room looks clean at first, but they need to mop the entire floor. Our socks were filthy after walking around in the room. Tub could use a good cleaning not just rinsed or wiped, has a ring around it and looks dirty. I wish I had Not booked for 2 nights to start with, we would have went to another hotel."
