BEAUTIFUL WATER VIEW ON 28 STREET. 2nd floor cozy 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen and bath. Bedroom has 2 full size beds,Sleeps 4. Also free use of boat slip and boat ramp. 1 onsite parking spot included, plenty of street parking available in front of building. Public transportation close by. Walking distance to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, miniature golf, go cart tracks, Jolly Rogers Amusement and Water park. Free Wi Fi, Cable, and 2 streaming TV's. Coded entrance, no waiting in line for check in, simply enter code anytime after agreed upon check in to enter. Free use of 2 beach chairs. 2 umbrellas, boogie boards, but we can not guarantee their condition or them being there
Additional rules
- guest must be over 21 to book, if not please contact me before booking
- Guest MUST BRING Linens, *Sheets, *Pillows, *Towels, and toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap
- Guest must take trash out clean and put away dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc at end of stay.
-only one (1) car is permitted in the parking lot
- Guest must use parking pass at all times or guest will be towed,
-if parking pass is missing guest must park on street until a new parking pass is provided
- Guest Must return parking pass at end of stay or pay a $60 Fee
-All guests shall abide by the posted rules and are obligated to comply with any new rules that are established after time of booking by HOA and management
- Owner shall not be held responsible for anything left behind at the end of stay
- Pets are not allowed
- Guest must contact owner about bringing any watercraft before booking, boat slip accommodates 8' beam X 22' length
-Watercraft Trailers parked in the Bayshore parking lot will be towed
-Guest are not allowed to hang anything over any balcony including towels
-check in is at 4 PM and check out is at 10 AM, Unfortunately at this particular unit we can not honor early or late check in/check out requests thank you for understanding
HURRICANE CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of a pending hurricane and the Governor issues a mandatory evacuation, guests will receive a full refund.
If there is not an evacuation, guests can reallocate the advanced deposit to be used as the deposit toward different stay dates within 1 year of the original reservation.

Great communication !

John initiated conversation before we even arrived. And always got back to us within a few minutes.. I really like that part of the city.. It's only a short bicycle ride to the boardwalk. We are planning on returning !

Awesome location. Clean and comfortable.

We had a great time. The place was clean and organized and in a nice quiet location. I do wish check in was a little earlier than 4pm but that’s just a personal preference. The owners communicated very well and were very friendly. I’d stay here again!

Great time, great place

Went to OC for a weekend trip with my daughter, neighbor and her 2 young children. The condo was quaint but very clean and the perfect amount of space. The owners were always in touch and check in was a breeze. We were close enough to the beach and boardwalk without getting caught in the hustle and bustle. There were beach chairs and an umbrella provided which saved us some extra costs on the beach. Would definitely rent again.

This place is super cute and cozy. Right next to jolly Roger amusement park and not far from the beach. The owners of the property are so cool and nice. Would definitely stay here again.
