We love old houses and it felt like our previous home in New Orleans. Cat was very responsive after an initial problem with the Vrbo app. Would stay again!"

"We stayed here for four nights in the middle of the week in mid-October. Highly recommend! It was very comfortable for us. I loved being able to walk to the beach, but then also being among the trees when sitting on the porch. We cooked all of our meals at the cottage, enjoyed sitting in the sunroom, and slept well in the comfortable bed. It is not too far of a drive to the grocery store in Milton, and also not far to drive to Lewes and Rehoboth for a day trip. We would definitely stay again!"

"This property is very comfortable. My only suggestion is that in the Annabel Lee room is to install blinds. During the summer it starts to get light out at 5am. The sheer blinds to not provide any blockage or shade from the light. I was not able sleep beyond 5am during my stay. I never got a full nights sleep."
