Lewes Beach town Condo on 1st Floor!

We'd love to share our newly updated beach town condo with you! This 1st floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation! You can't beat being only a few miles to the beach and outlet malls! You'll also have access to the community pools (May-Sept), park, and sport courts, and will be within walking distance to several great restaurants and shops.

We hope you'll make yourself at home here & enjoy all that it has to offer! Our condo is conveniently located on the first floor. The space includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dining area, patio, and living space.

The first bedroom has a queen bed & walk in closet. The bathroom in the first bedroom has a tub shower.

The second bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet, and en suite bathroom with a standing shower, and a smart TV.

While we are "pet friendly" only 1 pet (dog or cat, 40lb maximum) is allowed per the HOA rules.

This was our third stay at the condo. We love the convenience of Five Points. Walking to stores and restaurants is a great plus. Convenient location to beach and bike bath is another plus. Highly recommend!

Wonderful relaxing stay

The condo was perfect for our needs. Walking distance to La Baguette, Arenas and Fish-On and just a short drive to Weis, Roadsters liquor store and more food offerings across the street from Weis, including Nicola Pizza's new location. The Chatham pool was also a short walk across Old Orchard. We look forward to returning in the near future!

Our second stay at the condo. Was just as comfortable as our first stay. Condo clean comfortable and kitchen equipped with everything you need. Walking distance to fabulous French pastry shop, quality restaurants and other stores. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The little porch is a great, quiet place to relax. The kitchen was one of the best equipped if any we have used. The rooms were spacious and very clean. It is in a ‘walk to anything’ neighborhood but not really walkable to downtown or the beach…but they are very close. Our dog also loved the trip, especially the dog park nearby!

We really enjoyed our trip to Lewes. The condo was as advertised and supplied everything needed. The amount of charging outlets was much appreciated. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the proximity to the beaches and restaurants. The pool was a nice reprieve from the heat after a day at the beach. Would recommend!

We really just needed a place to sleep for a night and booked this place on a whim. The host was very accommodating and pleasant.
